How It Works
1. Apply for a Fit Check
Complete a short application describing your business, software, transaction volume, and current pain points. We accept a limited number of new clients each month to maintain service quality.

2. Onboarding and Document Collection
Once approved, you’ll receive a contract, welcome email, and onboarding questionnaire. You’ll provide secure access to your QuickBooks and Intuit payroll accounts and gather any historical data.

3. Monthly Close Process
Each month follows a predictable rhythm: documents are submitted by a set date, reconciliation and reporting are completed, and you receive your close package with a brief written summary.

This structure is designed to be reliable and respectful of your time.

Pricing reflects transaction volume, complexity, and the level of attention required. All engagements require a minimum 3-month commitment.
